    • Fix first backup failiing

      On a Surface Book (possibly other machines?), when attempting to do the first backup, it fails every time because the machine goes to sleep after 15 minutes. Can FlashBack keep the machine awake until the first backup is successful?

        • Fix the UI to not say "next back at 5:00pm" when it's now 5:17pm

          Clearly the UI needs to update itself more frequently to reflect the correct status. Loving the product, but the U I needs work...

          • Fix bugs in the UI

            Just tried Flashback for the first time. A few feedback notes. The UI kept saying "preparing backup" and "0% complete" until my first backup was done. I could see in my NAS UI that the backup was working, but Flashback did not show any updates.

            Also, the target destination was cut off in the UI due to lack of column space. Consider making the UI resizable.

            UI issues aside, so far happy with the product.

                • Windows 7 won't boot after uninstalling AX64 v2.0.0.528 BSOD stop code 7B

                  After uninstalling AX64 v2.0.0.528 I reboot as asked and Windows 7 x64 fails to boot?

                  BSOD with STOP: 0x0000007B.

                  Check Disk passed. 7B error usually AHCI has been toggled to IDE or vice/versa in BIOS. Toggling did not resolve.

                  Any help would be appreciated as hours of trouble shooting the web has yielded nothing.

                          • Allow purchased version to delete oldest backups first once backup drive is full.

                            Whenever the destination backup drive is full, Flashback stops backing up until space is cleared. Manually going back and deleting old backups takes a long time, and such a simple concept of allowing an option of deleting oldest backups automatically should be available to paying customers.

                                OK I'm trialling your software, seemed good and I had faith in in. So much so that I backed up my whole drive and reset windows to default as it wasn't running well.

                                Now I can't get my files out of the Flashback recovery tool. When I "Mount" the drive, I don't have access to the users folder where all my stuff is, because I now have a new windows account (copying NTFS permissions??? WHY?!?!?!) Unfortunately, the mount is read only, so there's no way of changing the permissions from what I can see.

                                  I am a 4 license holder. I thought I would try loading the latest build (703) of this software after experiencing problems in the past. I run Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. "XWMount.sys" & "XWTrack.sys" Are recognized as unverified drivers at boot time, and Windows will not load them. Are you aware of this? Do you plan on fixing this?

                                    After adding the item to the bucket and arriving at the purchase page, there is an permanent message on the page:

                                    "Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements."

                                    I t dose not matter what address you provide the message remiansd and no payment option is provided. I have emailed support twice about this but no response from AX64 . I have been loyal customer since V1 but at this rate I might look at the alternatives

                                        • Unable to Mount Backup

                                          Running Flashback 2.0.0.703 on Windows 10 Anniversary Update (x64).

                                          When I mount a backup it says "Successfully mounted the backup!" However, there is no mounted drive. The option to unmount hasn't been enabled, and the option to mount is still there.
