I see I am not alone in not receiving the serial number after paying for the product. It was paid for over 7 days ago.
No immediate serial number, though transaction went through. The mail log shows stripe.com (their payment processor) attempted to send something but failed to establish a secure connection.
Same here. Money was deducted from my account, but still no registration key. Getting nervous it is going to time out in trial. Order #2020
I too am having the same problem.
The transaction went through, they received the required funds but I was never given a "Serial Number". Very strange...
My order status is still "Processing", it has been almost a month (March 17th) since we purchased the product. Order #1971.
