License not coming through
Could someone please answer the enquiry email I sent. We purchased a 4 seat license last week, Thursday 29th June, and it still hasn't come through today (Monday 3rd July).
I can see that stripe is the payment platform and that it immediately generated a receipt email after the purchase. The help email provided in the footer of the receipt (firstname.lastname@example.org) results in mail bouncing if mail is sent.
We will have to challenge the payment if there is no response.
